We offer free shipping for all orders! 

Fast Shipping:

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days
Before we send your order on its way, we take the time to process it and run all your items through our strict quality control tests. 

Order Confirmation:

You'll receive an instant confirmation email right after placing your order! If you can't find it, please check your promotions folder as sometimes emails end up there.

Tracking Information:

Once your order is shipped, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. For international shipments, the tracking provided is your local tracking number. Don't worry, it will update once it reaches your local post office.

Shipping Methods:

We ship orders from our warehouses in Paris or Shanghai. We offer free shipping for most countries!  For international orders, we mainly use DHL or local carriers for delivery to major cities. Customs and duties are included, so no need to worry about additional fees!

Delivery Time:

Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery after shipping. Trust us, it's worth the wait!



Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from isBleu. If, for any reason, you wish to return a product, here's what you need to know:

Return Period: You have 14 working days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

To qualify for a return, make sure the item is in its original condition, unworn or unused.

Return Process:

  1. For Problematic Returns: Provide picture proof for defective items to request a replacement or refund.
  1. For Non-Defective Returns: We offer store credit or you can send the item back to our Paris warehouse for a refund.

Once approved, we'll guide you on where to send your package. Just a friendly reminder to request a return before sending back any items, as we want to ensure a smooth process for you. Thank you for your understanding!

Return Shipping:

 Return shipping fees for non-defective items will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll promptly process the refund. Please allow up to 14 days from the date of processing for the refund to appear in your original payment method. Please remember that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.

Exceptions:

Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.



Cancellation Policy:

Contact us [  info@isbleu.com ] within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel. If you cancel within 24-48 hours, we'll issue a refund.

We understand that plans can change, but unfortunately, we're unable to accept cancellations after 48 hours. By then, we've likely already prepared and shipped your package with care. We offer this 48-hour window because each piece is made to order, and we start the process right after confirming your order. We hope you understand and appreciate your understanding in advance!

Just a friendly reminder: Your order won't be considered canceled until you receive a confirmation email confirming your cancellation. We want to make sure you're in the loop every step of the way!

If you entered your address wrong? 

If you notice any address adjustments needed within 24 hours, let us know, and we can make the change. Just provide the correct address, and we'll handle the rest. Remember to double-check your address – it's the key to smooth deliveries!

Important Reminders:

  • Please double-check your address to prevent any delivery mishaps. Unfortunately, we can't take responsibility for undeliverable packages caused by inaccurate addresses.
  • If we need to resend a package due to address issues, we'll kindly ask you to cover the additional costs.
